decent stay with some issues
cold food dirty cutlery
the staff were helpful at the car drop-off point. i found them amazingly cute.
the food quality was not consistent. hot food was often served cold, and i observed frequent shortages of plates and cutlery. some tables were dirty or not properly set. one lunchtime, i was given dirty cutlery which the waiter wiped in front of me.

helpful staff private beach nice pool cute service
the staff at the car drop-off point offered amazingly helpful service. the private beach was very accessible from the hotel. the pool was nice for relaxation. i found the staff to be very cute upon arrival.
i noticed a bit of wear on the hallway carpets.

the staff members are very polite and helpful, as i experienced throughout the premises. the supervisor habib and staff sofienne were particularly hardworking. every staff member provided service with a genuine smile.

breakfast included various options and different varieties, something i greatly appreciated. the breakfast included many choices. the available food tasted very good (i especially enjoyed the breakfast).

the crystal clear water at the beach added to the relaxing experience. the hotel provided beautiful, well-equipped pools. the hotel provides a private beach, a real advantage. the hotel has well equipped bars.

safe location maintained sauna plentiful options
the hotel location felt quite safe. the beachfront was a short walk away.. the medina was around a 20-minute walk. taxis were available right outside, easing transport. the indoor pool, sauna, and spa were well maintained. i found these facilities very clean. i enjoyed the hammam and massage package a lot. the breakfast each morning had plenty of options. the fresh orange juice was a lovely detail. i especially enjoyed this experience.
the gym could have benefited from having more readily available towels.
